We are proud to announce that we have officialy recived two prestigious ISO certificates, the first one being ISO 9001 certificate for a quality menagement system and the second, but equally important one, the ISO 27001 information security menagement certificate.

Information has become increasingly important and valuable in the business world, not to mention in our private lives. It has just about become a matter of duty for us to acquire the ISO certification in order to assure a maximum level of security and trust for our clients. The job we do and the services we provide include endless and round the clock handling of other peoples, often very private, information. This information must be well protected and requires a great amount of responsibillity in it’s menagement. The goals that we wish to achieve with this certification aren’t merely focused on gaining a competitve edge on our competition, although it would be wrong to say that it won’t help during public tenders, but they were primerily oriented towards improving the quality of our work and the elevation of our work processes to a higher level.

We belive that the recognition of the ISO certification accordind to the hightest international standards will increase the credibility of our company as well as insure our current and future clients in the guarantee we give to provide them with only the highest levels of security.

During the process of certification, companys “Tiko-Pro” and “Dardu konzultacije” have provided us with invaluable contribution in the form of experience and expertise along with their easygoing approach which helped the entire process go smoothly and we would like to express our gratitude.
